Ultrasound Cyclo Plasty in Eyes with Glaucoma

Successfully performed in 27 cases with no loop opening during a 6-month follow-up.

Achieved excellent approximation of iris tissue in all cases.

No instances of iritis were observed post-operatively.

Conclusions:

The single-pass, four-throw pupilloplasty technique is an effective and safe surgical method.
This technique offers a stable and reliable solution for iris defect repair.
The modified Siepser slipknot provides a secure closure for pupilloplasty procedures.
