Transmitted drug resistance in treatment-naive HIV patients in Poland was 12.21%, primarily linked to nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor mutations in subtype D. While major integrase resistance was absent, variants potentially impacting integrase inhibitor susceptibility were common.
