Endoscopic Zenker diverticulotomy (EZD) successfully reduces Zenker diverticulum (ZD) size and improves swallowing function. Post-procedure videofluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS) show expected improvements in pharyngeal constriction and segment opening.
