Summary

Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF) and melphalan-based isolated limb perfusion (TM-ILP) effectively treats soft tissue sarcoma (STS). Liposarcomas (LS) respond similarly to non-lipomatous STS, with myxoid LS showing better outcomes than non-myxoid LS and atypical lipomatous tumors.
