The correlation between medial plica and trochlear dysplasis: An MRI study

Trochlear dysplasia is linked to a higher incidence of medial patellar plica, a common cause of anterior knee pain. More severe dysplasia correlates with increased prevalence of thicker, shelf-shaped plica.
