An automatic panoramic image reconstruction scheme from dental computed tomography images

This study presents an automated method to reconstruct panoramic dental images from cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) data. This technique allows for pre-operative and post-operative examination of jaw regions without additional X-ray exposure.
