Neoadjuvant androgen receptor (AR) antagonism with enzalutamide plus dutasteride and leuprolide (enza/dut/LHRHa) showed comparable results to historical controls for localized prostate cancer. Further research is needed to enhance AR activity ablation for improved antitumor effects.
