Summary

Non-precise tumor delineation using histogram analysis, specifically the 45th percentile, can provide similar apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values as precise methods in rectal cancer. This approach offers a less cumbersome alternative for ADC measurements but does not yield additional prognostic information.
