[Acute epidermal necrolysis (Lyell's syndrome) in a female patient with autoimmune thyroiditis]

The problems of epidermal necrolysis pathogenesis and of its relationships with immune disorders are discussed. A female patient suffering from autoimmune thyroiditis is described, who has developed Lyell's syndrome.
