HDAC4 is expressed on multiple T cell lineages but dispensable for their development and function

Histone deacetylase 4 (HDAC4) is expressed in T cells but is not essential for their development or function. This study found no significant impact of HDAC4 deficiency on T cell populations or cytokine production.
