[Renal adenomatosis against a background of hydronephrotic transformation]

A rare case of multiple (over 60) renal adenomas in a 24-year-old patient is described; the adenomas developed against the background of the hydronephrotic transformation resulting from the stenosis of the ureteropelvic segment.
