Lessons from individualized cryoballoon sizing. Is there a role for the small balloon?

Purpose of the Study:
- To evaluate the efficacy and safety of an individualized anatomic approach using 23-mm or 28-mm cryoballoon (CB) sizes for pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF).
