Summary

This study investigated lesions on the medial lacrimal canthus in a patient with perinuclear anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-positive interstitial pneumonia. Histopathology revealed sebaceous gland hyperplasia and inflammation, with a possible link to steroid use or infection.
