To present the CE's "Four Ps" as actionable strategies to enhance CE performance and productivity.

Qualitative analysis of discussions from a medical education conference.
Synthesis of practical techniques shared by Clinician Educators.

Main Results:

Identification of the "Four Ps" as key practice points for CE work-work balance.
