Diagnosing cardiac lymphoma is challenging due to atypical presentations. This case series shows that prompt diagnosis and treatment of cardiac lymphoma, including primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, can lead to complete remission.
