Transperineal aggressive angiomyxoma

A large gluteal mass in a woman with a history of hysterectomy was diagnosed as aggressive angiomyxoma. Surgical excision confirmed the diagnosis, highlighting the importance of imaging in identifying rare pelvic tumors.
