Spinal Arachnoid Diverticula: Outcome in 96 Medically or Surgically Treated Dogs

Surgical treatment for spinal arachnoid diverticula (SAD) in dogs showed better outcomes than medical management. Dogs undergoing surgery had a significantly higher improvement rate for SAD compared to those treated medically.
