Remote management of heart failure using implantable electronic devices

Remote monitoring (RM) for heart failure patients with cardiac implanted electronic devices (CIEDs) did not significantly reduce death or hospitalizations. This study found no improvement in outcomes with formalized RM compared to usual care.
