A novel endoscopic surgery for dysphagia after stroke

Temperature-controlled plasma radiofrequency (coblation)-assisted endoscopic cricopharyngeal myotomy (CAECPM) improved swallowing function in stroke patients with dysphagia. This technique shows promise as an effective and safe treatment for long-term swallowing difficulties after stroke.
