Second-look ultrasound (US) with real-time virtual sonography (RVS) and supine MRI improves detection of MRI-detected breast lesions missed by conventional B-mode US. This technique enhances sonographic and histopathologic diagnosis of occult breast cancers.

- Further prospective studies are warranted to confirm these findings.
