  • No adverse outcomes were reported for mothers or babies.
  • Successful conservative management highlights a viable approach for PHT in pregnancy.

Implications:

  • Conservative management can lead to favorable outcomes in pregnant patients with PHT.
  • This approach avoids risks associated with diagnostic imaging and surgical interventions during pregnancy.
  • Further research into non-invasive diagnostic methods for PHT in pregnancy is warranted.
