Cyst-Like Lesions at Chondro-Osseous Junction

A novel cyst-like lesion (CLL) was identified at the chondro-osseous junction in rat knees. This lesion, containing collagen and proteoglycans but lacking chondrocytes, was more prevalent in osteoarthritic joints.
