Abstract:
In this third part of this study the final part of the analysis, the discussion of the results and the conclusions are presented. The discussion involves the results regarding the specific professional capability of the evaluating nurses and of the respective evaluated nurses; the periodicity of the evaluations, the technics and methodology utilized by nurses in the evaluation process; the instruments used in the performance evaluation process and the reactions to the evaluation. The respective bibliography is presented along with the discussion of the results.
