Loperamide-Induced Torsades de Pointes: A Case Series

High-dose loperamide can cause dangerous heart rhythm problems, including Torsades de Pointes (TdP). Emergency physicians must aggressively treat ECG abnormalities and admit patients for monitoring due to loperamide toxicity risks.
