Hippotherapy for patients with multiple sclerosis: A multicenter randomized controlled trial (MS-HIPPO)

Hippotherapy, a complementary treatment for multiple sclerosis (MS), significantly improved patient balance, fatigue, and spasticity. This therapy, combined with standard care, also enhanced quality of life in MS patients.
