- Reconstruction involved a limbo-corneal lamellar graft, amniotic membrane, and scleral allograft transplantation, leading to successful KS resolution.

- Complete surgical excision coupled with intraoperative MMC and reconstructive grafting offers a viable treatment strategy for ocular KS.
