A new dark-blood late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) method improves scar detection by enhancing scar-to-blood contrast. This technique increases expert confidence in identifying myocardial scar without additional preparation, making it clinically applicable.
