2-Year Outcomes After Transcatheter Mitral Valve Replacement.

Transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR) with the FORTIS valve showed feasibility and maintained mitral regurgitation reduction at 2 years. No late device-related issues were observed in this study of severe mitral regurgitation patients.

- All-cause mortality was 54% at 2 years, with 2 late deaths due to heart failure.

- Transcatheter mitral valve replacement with the FORTIS valve is feasible for severe MR.
- The reduction in mitral regurgitation was sustained at 2-year follow-up.
