Bronchodilator Response Assessment of the Small Airways Obstructive Pattern

Small airways obstructive pattern (SAOP) shows frequent bronchodilator reversibility, particularly in inspiratory capacity (IC). Impulse oscillometry has limited value for diagnosing SAOP reversibility.
