Recurrent conjunctival atypical fibroxanthoma in Pigmentosum Xeroderma

This case report details the successful treatment of a recurrent conjunctival atypical fibroxanthoma in a child with Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP). The combined approach of surgical excision, cryotherapy, and topical Mitomycin C (MMC) prevented further recurrence.
