Summary

New bifunctional chelating agents (BFCs) enable efficient copper-64 radiolabelling of antibody fragments for targeted cancer imaging. MANOTA demonstrated low non-specific liver uptake, making it a promising tool for developing stable, HER2-targeting imaging agents.
