Cold Acclimation Does Not Alter Physiological or Perceptual Responses During Subsequent Exercise in the Heat

Repeated cold water immersion in military personnel may lead to cold acclimatization, but it does not increase the risk of hyperthermia during subsequent exercise in hot environments. This study found no significant physiological or perceptual differences between trials before and after cold acclimation.
