Quantitative Accelerated Life Testing (QALT) effectively assesses Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) reliability. This study demonstrates MEMS accelerometers exhibit excellent reliability, with failure rates below 10^-7 per hour under combined thermal and mechanical stress.
