Background:

Pseudoaneurysm of the superficial temporal artery can manifest as a temporal region tumefaction.
This condition often arises following traumatic injury.

Observation:

Two cases are presented: a 32-year-old male with a pulsatile nodular formation post-trauma and a 24-year-old male with a nonpulsatile subcutaneous tumefaction.
Initial diagnoses varied, including epidermal cyst, highlighting diagnostic challenges.

Findings:

Histopathology confirmed superficial temporal artery pseudoaneurysm in the first case.
Surgical excision with arterial ligation was performed in both cases, confirming arterial origin in the second case.
