Accuracy of the Ultra-Rapid Urease Test for diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection.

Background:

• Helicobacter pylori infection is commonly diagnosed using the Rapid Urease Test (RUT), a standard but time-consuming method.
• Traditional RUT kits typically require 24 hours for results, delaying diagnosis and treatment initiation.
• A novel Ultra-Rapid Urease Test (URUT) has been developed to provide faster results.

Purpose of the Study:

• To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of the URUT compared to the traditional RUT.
• To assess the performance of URUT in a multi-center setting for dyspeptic patients.
