Pediatric neck abscesses: No increase in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.

This study found no increase in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in pediatric neck abscesses. However, clindamycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (SA) remains a concern for empirical antibiotic therapy in children.
