Posaconazole liquid vs tablet formulation in lung transplant recipients
Delayed-release posaconazole tablets (POS-Tab) achieve higher posaconazole trough levels than oral suspension (POS-Liq) in lung transplant recipients. POS-Tab offers reliable antifungal prophylaxis and therapy with no increased toxicity.
