Super-resolution fluorescence microscopy (SRFM) provides a better resolution than conventional fluorescence microscopy by reducing the point spread function (PSF). Summary

This study introduces a novel 2-step bioluminescence tomography (BLT) reconstruction method using multispectral data. The new algorithm significantly improves accuracy and reduces computational time for in vivo imaging.
