Intraoperative fluorescence, using aminolevulinic acid (ALA) or fluorescein (FLCN), significantly improves high-grade glioma (HGG) resection rates. Both methods are cost-effective, with FLCN-FIGS offering a lower cost per quality-adjusted life year.
