Lymphocytes in Sweet syndrome: A potential diagnostic pitfall

Sweet syndrome (SS) biopsies reveal a significant lymphocytic infiltrate, often exceeding neutrophils. Recognizing this lymphocyte presence is crucial for accurate SS diagnosis, especially in subcutaneous lesions.
