A Partial Posterior Bundle Ulnar Collateral Ligament Tear in a 10-year old Boy

A rare posterior bundle ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) tear in a pediatric athlete was successfully treated. Cessation of throwing and physical therapy allowed return to sport in 10 months.
