Landmark detection in 2D bioimages for geometric morphometrics: a multi-resolution tree-based approach.

We developed a faster, generic method for detecting anatomical landmarks in bioimages using a multi-resolution tree-based approach. This technique improves efficiency for geometric morphometrics, offering competitive performance with existing methods.
