[Angiomyolipoma of the kidney]
Abstract:
On the basis of one case occurred to their clinical experience, the Authors discuss the pathological features of renal hamartoma and the practical problems that the condition offers to the surgeons, chiefly as instrumental and for per-operative differential diagnosis is concerned, with reference to malignant diseases of the kidney. The consequential choice of conservative versus demolitive approach is also discussed.
