Background:

Burkitt's lymphoma (BL) is an aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Cutaneous involvement in BL is uncommon, particularly in pediatric cases.
Limited literature exists on BL with skin presentation or relapse in children.

Observation:

A 9-year-old male presented with stage 4 Burkitt's lymphoma.
The patient exhibited significant skin involvement.
The patient tested negative for human immune-deficiency virus (HIV).

Findings:

This case represents a rare instance of pediatric Burkitt's lymphoma with cutaneous manifestations.
The absence of HIV infection in this pediatric case is noteworthy.
Stage 4 disease indicates advanced cancer spread.
