Hyperemesis gravidarum is not a negative contributing factor for postpartum bone mineral density

Hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) does not cause bone loss. This study found no difference in bone mineral density (BMD) in women with HG compared to controls, suggesting no link to future osteoporosis.
