Determination of phthalate esters in physiological saline solution by monolithic silica spin column extraction method

A new eco-friendly method using monolithic silica spin column extraction (MonoSpin-SPE) and UFLC-MS accurately quantifies six phthalate esters in saline. Dimethyl- and diethyl-phthalate were detected in commercial saline samples.
