Summary

Non-contrast-enhanced CT (NECT) texture analysis accurately predicts nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) in patients without liver fibrosis. This imaging technique shows promise for non-invasive NASH diagnosis, especially when fibrosis is absent.
