  • One year post-surgery, the patient underwent successful cataract removal and intraocular lens implantation.

  • Amniotic membrane transplantation is an effective surgical option for perforated corneal ulcers.
  • This case highlights the successful management of a complex corneal perforation.
  • Restoration of vision was achieved through timely surgical intervention and subsequent cataract surgery.
