A new method called MID Clustering-based Immune Repertoire Sequencing (MIDCIRS) accurately quantifies T cell receptor (TCR) RNA molecules. This advance enables sensitive detection of rare T cells and precise estimation of T cell clonal expansion for research and clinical use.
