[Huntington chorea: objective evaluation of extrapyramidal motor restlessness using ultrasound]

In a patient with advanced Huntington's chorea the permanent muscular restlessness of thigh muscles could be demonstrated by the use of M-mode ultrasound. This technique may be of value for early diagnosis and genetic counselling of inflicted families.
